Terms of Use for Storage Units<\/h1>\n

Storage Units \u2013 Storage Rooms<\/strong><\/h5>\n

At our P\u00f5hja Puiestee facility, we have 50 storage units ranging in size from 2m\u00b2 to 10m\u00b2. All storage units are lockable, heated, clean, and closed to unauthorized access.<\/p>\n

Rental Agreement and Access<\/strong><\/h5>\n

We offer both fixed-term and open-ended rental agreements. Clients have 24\/7 access to their storage units, which can be accessed by calling a specific phone number.<\/p>\n

Security<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Security is ensured by surveillance cameras and an alarm system. Clients have 24\/7 access to their storage units, which can be accessed by calling a specific phone number.<\/p>\n

Booking<\/strong><\/h5>\n

You can book a storage unit online or by phone. The booking is confirmed after paying a deposit equal to one month’s rent. The size of the booked unit can be changed later if needed.<\/p>\n

Costs and Deposit<\/strong><\/h5>\n

To lock the storage unit, you need a personal padlock. You can buy one from us for 15 euros or use your own. The deposit is equal to one month’s rent and is fully refundable at the end of the rental period, provided there are no additional costs.<\/p>\n

Fixed-term or Open-ended Contract<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Open-ended contract:<\/strong> If you are unsure about the duration you need the storage unit, it is best to opt for an open-ended contract. Payment is made monthly, and you can terminate the contract whenever you no longer need the storage unit.<\/p>\n

Fixed-term contract:<\/strong> If you know exactly how long you will need the storage unit, consider a fixed-term contract. This allows us to better plan the use of our facilities and offer you a more favorable monthly rate.
